Nestled on a winding street in East Grand Rapids, MI; the Gladstone Reno is a colonial style home with the charm that only comes with age. The brick exterior, slate roof and arched windows are nothing but classic. The interior needed to follow suit. This project encompassed a full kitchen, den and mudroom gut renovation, relocation of half bath and floor refinishing throughout the main level. The home has been brought back to it’s original glory for this young family to enjoy and create new memories.

By incorporating wainscot and trim details in new spaces that were already in the home, you blend the new and old. Updated lighting and slender hardware with vintage wood and large scale limestone flooring make this mudroom a functional work horse with a light and airy feel.
